Fresh Scottish juniper and fresh pineapple distilled to together then vatted in seasoned Pedro Ximenes casks with roasted fresh pineapple, ginger and thyme.
The result, a magnificently balanced winter liqueur, great sipped on its own or with tonic, lemonade or ginger ale.
