The ageing process lends a gentle amber-blush colour with subtle layers of soft sweet raisin, rich and dark brown sugar.

The Oloroso cask enhances the gin’s fresh Scottish juniper and rosehip with gentle tannins and well-rounded richness, offering a completely new take on cask-aged gin, that is still unmistakably Crossbill.
