Tasting Notes

Nose: The combination of sweet, creamy strawberry and gentle fresh pea shoots gives an almost salted caramel nose, with elements of strawberries and subtle cream undertones.

Palate: The first flavour of strawberry sweetness sweeps the palate, which gradually gives way to the fresh savoury taste of the peas; introducing a sweet and subtle savoury marriage

Finish: The fresh, earthy element of the pea shoots balances out the lingering sweet and balanced crisp finish.
