Serving Suggestions
With its exceptional flavour and versatility, Pincer can be enjoyed in many ways. Neat or on the rocks, or with your favourite mixer. Try adding a splash of Fever-Tree soda or sparkling wine for a delicious long vodka or a refreshing summer spritz.
PINCER SPRITZ
50 ml Pincer Vodka
30 ml Valentian vermouth
15 ml Lemon Juice
100 ml Pink Tonic or Soda
Fill a copa glass with ice, add all ingredients and stir. Top up with pink tonic, garnish with clapped mint and a grapefruit slice.
BLOODY MARY
50ml Pincer Vodka
60ml Tomato Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
4 dashes Tabasco
Worcestershire sauce
pinch sea salt & black pepper
Build in a highball glass, garnish with olive float and slice of lemon.
LONG VODKA
50 ml Pincer Vodka
20 ml St-Germain
10 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
Top up with Elderflower Tonic
Build in a highball glass, and top up with Elderflower Tonic. Garnish with Grapefruit slice.
SPANISH ESPRESSO MARTINI
30ml Pincer Vodka
30ml Licor 43
40ml Espresso
Coffee Beans
Shake all ingredients and fine strain into a coupe. Float Coffee Beans on top.
